It sounds like your implants are under the pectoralis muscles. When the muscles are tightened they push your implants outward and slightly downward. Your implants will always move some with push-ups and any other activity that flexes the muscle strongly (surfing is a good example).

As the capsule of scar tissue grows around the implant it will resist the movement more, but it takes four to six months for the capsule to be strong enough for this. Until then there is a risk of pushing those implants out of position and I have seen it happen often enough that I warn all of my patients about it before mommy makeover.
