58-yr old male – severe TMJ symptoms with 30+ years of headaches clenching and grinding. Wears mouth guard and is on prescription medication for headache pain - Neurontin, Lyrica and Imitrex. In Oct. 2020 the patient received Botox (80 units total) in both temporalis muscle and masseter muscles by Dr. Yew. The after photo was taken on Jan/2021 - the patient weight is the same. Best of all his headaches and clenching were significantly improved and he is off all his prescription meds.
