Is it possible to dissolve Voluma?
Yes!
Apr 14, 2023
If Voluma was the filler product used in your chin treatment, it can be dissolved to revert back to your original facial structure. Typically, a provider will inject a small amount of hyaluronidase directly into the area where the filler has been injected. The amount of hyaluronidase used may range from a few drops to a few units, depending on the specific case.
It’s important to note that while hyaluronidase can be an effective method of removing filler, it should only be administered by a…
Can a person with kidney and gall stones get Emsculpt?
I recommend to wait
Apr 14, 2023
According to the manufacturers of Emsculpt, the treatment has not been specifically tested on people who have had kidney stones or gallstones. Without knowing more about the specifics of your case, it’s difficult to say whether or not Emsculpt would be a safe treatment option for you. In the aesthetic industry, we tend to air on the side of caution and I would recommend waiting until the stones pass or are removed before undergoing an emsculpt treatment.
Can I get a skinPen and then a IPL/BBL 6 days later?
It is recommended to wait
Apr 14, 2023
After a microneedling treatment, it’s generally recommended that you wait at least two weeks before undergoing an IPL or BBL treatment. This allows your skin to fully heal from the microneedling procedure and reduces the risk of any adverse reactions when undergoing the next treatment.
Since both treatments involve stimulating the skin’s natural healing and renewal processes, it’s important to space them out to allow for appropriate healing time. Your skincare professional can provide…
Botox and Dysport – is there a difference between the two?
Botox vs Dysport
Apr 14, 2023
Botox and Dysport are both injectable treatments used to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. They work by relaxing the muscles that cause wrinkles to form. We compare the two products like Pepsi and Coke. Although they are similar in their overall effects, there are some key differences between the two.
Firstly, Botox and Dysport are made from different strains of botulinum toxin, which is the active ingredient that relaxes the targeted muscles. Dysport has a slightly smaller molecule size…
Is use of cannula recommended for Restylane or Restylane Lyft for cheeks? Which product is better fo
Cannula Use
Sep 26, 2019
I do recommend the use of a cannula in the cheek and train all my providers to more safely and accurately correct the cheeks with a cannula. Cannular delivery of dermal fillers is safer, less traumatic and leads to a more desirable result with less down time, in the right hands. As to which product to use in the cheeks; I recommend Lyft because it has a higher G prime and can generate more projection and correction than Restylane classic but again, every case should be carefully assessed by…
