At this early stage it is completely normal for one implant to seem higher than the other, particularly implants placed subpectoral(under the muscle). Full settling of your implants may require 3-4 months. Nonetheless, if your higher side also seems larger and/or more painful, you should probably see your surgeon.

Though most post-operative swelling has typically resolved by six months following liposuction, the combined procedure that you describe will likely carry with it a more prolonged course. Nonetheless, by 9-12 months following surgery the vast majority of your swelling should be resolved. Make sure you are at or near your pre-operative weight and by all means voice your concerns to your surgeon.

The three procedures you mention, breast augmentation, breast lift and nipple reduction, can safely be performed together. The combination does make the surgery more complex and carries with it a higher risk of complication than if the procedures were performed separately. In many cases, however, the slight increased risk of complication is outweighed by the advantage of a single anesthesia and recovery.
