How can I treat forehead concavity?

Your photos are limited but based on what you have provided, I believe an HA filler like Restylane may help. The forehead is a vascular part of the face. There are risk of intravascular injection when treating the forehead. I would only see a highly experienced injector for forehead filler. Slow, low pressure injection technique with the needle or preferably cannula constantly moving can help reduce but not eliminate risk of intravascular injection.

You do not need to stop the Tri-Luma cream prior to Botox treatment. There should be no interaction between the two products.
Can your smile be permanently affected after one session of botox? 3 months post, 20 units injected.

You smile will return to its normal pretreatment state as soon as the Botox has worn off. In certain patients, the treatment results will last longer, possibly 3-6 months. Just give the treatment some more time to wear off and your normal smile will return.

As for the undereye wrinkles, these can be worsened by the lateral Botox injections but this can be corrected by injecting a tiny about of Botox or Dysport underneath the eye.

A small amount of filler placed by an experienced injector will provide some support to the lower corner of mouth. Botox or Dysport injection into the DAO muscle may help but I usually recommend starting with the filler first.

Both are good lip fillers as long as the treatment is performed by an experienced injector. I work with the Restylane family of products in my clinic and so I use a lot of Restylane Kysse. It gives a very natural looking result. You will also note improvement in lip texture and color after Kysse treatment. The results last up to a year.
