Biography: Haley is the Owner and Founder of Gleam Medical Spa. Haley began her career in medical aesthetics early on in life, which is when she honed her passion for skincare. After several years in the aesthetics industry early on, she decided to move on to a different path, running two successful companies in commercial real estate management and real estate investing. Not too long after; however, Haley decided to turn her sights back onto her longtime passion of skincare. In 2015, she founded Gleam Medical Spa with a mission to bring unparalleled customer service and cutting-edge laser technology to patients in a welcoming, personalized environment. Haley is now proud to have an amazing team of laser certified medical aestheticians and has become part of the entrepreneurial fabric of the Denver metro area. Biography: Brianna is the Operations Manager and a Consultation Specialist at Gleam Medical Spa. As a Colorado Native, Brianna enjoys all things Colorado! Her 3 favorite things are dogs, hiking, and beer! A regular escape to the mountains is necessary for her, as she is from the beautiful mountain town of Evergreen, Colorado. Brianna has been a part of the Gleam Team since early 2018 after becoming a licensed esthetician in 2017. She started out performing aesthetic services for 3 years at Gleam until transitioning into management.

Brianna’s favorite services at Gleam are the Advatx, Hydrafacial, and ViPeel because those are the 3 services that absolutely changed her own skin forever. Since the age of 18, Brianna dealt with intense acne that was improved only through a combination of these 3 services. She personally believes in every service Gleam does and strives every day to contribute as much as possible in order to benefit Gleam’s clientele.

Biography: Elizabeth is a Manager and Consultation Specialist at Gleam Medical Spa. She grew up right outside of Denver and became an esthetician in 2017, after a bit of a career path change! She originally went to school for forensic science, but figured out that it wasn't for her. She then became very interested in the beauty and skincare world. Before working for Gleam, Elizabeth performed skincare and waxing treatments in Las Vegas and was a skincare manager at Nordstrom. However, when she realized the difference medical aesthetic treatments can make, she made the move to Gleam Medical Spa and has never looked back! She said, “I wanted to do something where I could work with people and make them feel amazing about themselves. Being able to give someone a little break from their day to make them feel good is an amazing thing!”

Name: Andrea Chandler

Biography: Andrea is an aesthetician and laser technician at Gleam Medical Spa. She has been licensed for over 5 years. She has spent her whole life in Colorado, with her original home being Littleton, Colorado. Her own skin concerns and loving the beauty industry in general made her get into the field. She is a bit of a skincare and ingredient dictionary, and loves nothing more than treating discoloration and acne. Her favorite services at Gleam are Advatx and Opus Plasma, because they are extremely effective in the treatment of acne, scarring, wrinkles, and overall skin health. She absolutely loves the science behind every treatment and product at Gleam, and often spends hours at home studying after seeing patients at Gleam all day.

When she’s not studying skincare, her favorite hobbies include paddle boarding, self care days, and seeking out new restaurants and fun new places!

Biography: Delanie is an aesthetician and laser technician at Gleam Medical Spa. Originally from Orange County, California, she decided to make a change and move to Colorado roughly 3 years ago. She has been a licensed technician for over 4 years, providing excellent service to every patient she’s ever had! When she’s not at Gleam she loves to cook and host dinner parties, thrift for new clothes, and listen to books on audible.

Delanie became an esthetician because she always had an interest in the actual science behind the beauty industry, even at a young age. She said, “The best part about being an esthetician is seeing my clients' confidence grow and building strong relationships with them.”

Her favorite services to perform at Gleam are the Opus Plasma and Microneedling, because they yield amazing results for so many different skin concerns.

Biography: Summer is an aesthetician at Gleam Medical Spa. She is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. Summer was in the dental field for 7 years, until realizing the aesthetics field was her home! She became part of the Gleam Team in the beginning of 2021, right after starting aesthetics school. She has now completed school and become a licensed esthetician! Before providing skin care services, she worked as one of our guest services associates for over a year and therefore knows every little detail about Gleam - ask her anything!

Her favorite service at Gleam Medical Spa is the Platinum Hydrafacial, because she has seen how much 1 treatment can change someone's skin… and confidence! Finally, when she is not at Gleam she loves to go out for a good brunch with her husband and friends, go shopping, or go for a hike!

Biography: Shelby is an aesthetician and laser technician at Gleam Medical Spa. She has been licensed for over 5 years. Her own struggles with her skin were actually what brought her into this field. She struggled with various skin issues from a young age and went on harsh medications that ended up doing more harm than good. She then started researching skincare and realized that there is a lot more that can been done other than going on harsh medications. Her number one goal is to help others realize this and assist them in their own skincare journeys. She said, "My favorite part of this job is when my clients start seeing a change in their skin and they start gaining this amazing and beautiful confidence in the way they look/feel."

Shelby's favorite service at Gleam is Opus Plasma because it is an absolute game changer in the aesthetics industry. It can target multiple different skin concerns and the results are phenomenal with having minimal downtime.
