Thank you for your question. It is ideal to get to a BMI thats as close to 30 as possible. Once achieved, I think you would see a dramatic difference with a full abdominoplasty and diastasis repair. It’s best to schedule an in person evaluation to discuss best treatment plan for you.

Congrats on your weight loss journey. It is recommended to get your BMI as close to 30 as possible. A BMI higher than 30 could be high risk for wound healing, wound dehiscence, and other surgical complications.

Thank you for your question. Studies have shown silicone levels in breast milk to be less than detected from common dietary intake. You can check the integrity of your implants by getting an ultrasound. This will let you know for sure if you have a rupture. The silicone implants are gel consistency and pose little to no risk to your breastfeeding.

The overall weight of the implant with your skin is not being supported causing the implants to fall. Suggestions could be doing a mastopexy but there will be added scars. To minimize scars if you’re not wanting a lift could be a breast augmentation revision using supportive internal mesh to support the weight of the implants and improve the position of the implants. It is possible to do another lift with a slight breast reduction. It’s possible to do slight reduction, implant exchange to smaller implants if needed, and do a mastopexy (lift). It’s important to remember that adding an implant to an antigravity procedure can be counter intuitive but can be safely done. Fat Transfer can be used to improve wide cleavage, but usually if there is a large space between your breast it is determined by your anatomy for example the bony width of your sternum, (the central bone in the middle of you chest where your ribs attach). I’m sorry to hear about your case. This is a hard solution when you are a skinny patient without much fat to harvest. Fat transfer after a mastectomy is usually used for contouring small areas. Since you’re looking for more volume you might be best suited with started with expanders slowly and then back to implants that are more suitable for you. I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon in person and come up with a customizable treatment plan.

Fat transfer varies between every patient. You must have enough fat on your body to be harvested and then transferred to the desired area. Small cysts after fat transfer is more common than fat necrosis. Although fat necrosis is always a risk. Fat transfer in small areas and using good technique and smooth fat the results are usually satisfying. Make note that you’re taking fat from another area and redistributing it to another. Small lumps or cysts may be a factor afterward.

Ideally, some indented scars are able to helped with fat grafting. We have seen excellent results using Renuva fat grafing which can be done comfortably in the office without anesthesia. It is a fat stem cell scaffold that your body will turn into fat over time. It also improves quality of skin and scars. It can not be determined without seeing you for an in person consultation. Restylane tends to swell less compared to Juverderm in general. Swelling does differ with each patient. Using less than one syringe would not necessarily give you the plump that you’re looking for. Sometimes a full syringe or even multiple syringes could be used for fullness. Silk is not typically a dramatic filler for plumping, It is usually used for subtle lip definition and fine lines. I would follow up with your injector with your concerns.

Using cannulas to inject filler can help lower the risk of bruising. Bruising is always a risk when doing injections but ways to minimize bruising could be stopping blood thinners a week prior. I would also consider taking Arnica tablets 3 days before injection. Injecting into each cheek and temples could help contour your face making the nasal labial folds less noticeable. You could also inject into the nasal labial folds same day as cheek and temple filler.

Laser hair removal does not cause immediate wrinkles. It’s perfectly safe to do after a hydra facial. It is important to stay out of the sunlight after laser treatment as well as using the right skin care and sunscreen. Hyperpigmentation could likely be from going in the direct sunlight afterwards. IPL is primarily great for unwanted pigmentation. Skin tightening is not one of the primary benefits. It does have the ability to modestly increase collagen but not enough for a dramatic difference. A better option for skin tightening would be medical grade skincare along with CO2 fractionated resurfacing.
