First the shape would change if you wait some more (3 months postop.). But if you think that the inner part looks unnatural because the line is tapered too quickly you might need a revision with or without epicanthoplasty. Revisions are done usually after 3 months because it is best to know the final results of the first surgery before doing another. Getting the thread removed is a different story. Thank you for asking. Unfortunately I don’t’ think we can expect further improvement of the eyelid shape after 10 weeks postop. It seems that there still is moderate degree of ptosis on both eyes but the left side is worse. The degree of asymmetry can be benefitted by revisional surgery. Thank you for asking.

I think there are two problems of your lower eyelids.

First of all the baggy appearance that you called eye bags. Second, your lower eyelid height (vertical length) is too tall. The first one is cause by protrusion of the fat bags (orbital fat).

The fat is naturally inside a tissue bag called the orbital septum, during the aging process the bag gets loose and the fat inside can look protruded from the outside.
