If you have a little bit of fat only, and need it all to achieve a BBL goal, then you should do your BBL first, and not remove the fat from the lower abdomen with a tummy tuck yet. In general, if you have stubborn areas of fat, a little bit is enough to make a difference in changing your shape. I perform a lot of skinny BBL‘s and I recommend that you find someone that does the same. In a young patient that has not had children yet, I would be hesitant to jump straight to a tummy tuck. Regarding your weight, you appear to be a healthy weight for this procedure. As long as this is a stable wait for you, I don’t see a reason for you having to lose weight before your procedure. Great question. In a patient that’s only 28 years old with no kids, I would not jump to a tummy tuck right off the bat; especially in a patient that’s prone to keloids. Your photos do not appear to be that bad at all. I would consider j plasma for skin tightening along with your liposuction in fat transfer procedure. What I tell my patients is this; you can always go and do a tummy tuck later, if you choose to. However, you cannot reverse it once you perform it. That said, you should be OK …

Patients with medical conditions such as yours undergo cosmetic procedures all the time. The key is evaluation by an expert on the condition (in your case, pelvic congestive syndrome). In my experience, J plasma definitely helps. It is not a substitute, however, for a tummy tuck if you have a significant amount of loose skin or a significant muscle separation. In your case, your skin laxity does not appear to be bad at all. For this reason, I would say that J plasma would likely be beneficial.
