You are a good candidate for under eye filler but you are a great candidate for PRFM (platelet-rich fibrin matrix). We would take your blood and spin it down into PRFM which has more rejuvenative ability than PRP (platelet-rich plasma) by itself. This will stimulate Collagen production under your skin and improves the area long term. Well, there really is none though I have not treated a minor for hair loss. It is your tissue being used within you for hair growth so it can only help. That said, your reasons for losing hair at a young age should be investigated by a hair restoration specialist.
