Feminizing square bony female face: I’m concerned with my large masseter muscles and long rectangular face
Masseter Botox and cheek volume
Dec 31, 2017
Thank you for your question and photo. I do believe that you would benefit from masseter Botox injection for narrowing your lower face and jaw. You appear to be an excellent candidate. I also believe that you would benefit from fillers to add volume and projection to your cheeks and to widen your midface for a more rounded or heart shape. Be sure to consult with an experienced and qualified, board certified injector from one of the core specialties. Best of luck!Dr. Polo
Can Dysport be used instead of Botox for platysmal bands?
Dysport and Botox ..like Coca-Cola and Pepsi cola
Nov 29, 2017
I like to use both dysport and Botox for my patients. Some patients are better suited for Botox then dysport. And likewise, some  patients are better suited for Dysport then Botox .  Each drug has its own characteristics and therefore you need to find a physician who is comfortable using both. Platysma banding can be corrected with both Botox and Dysport  . If after two weeks you do not have the effect you might need more Botox.
Is is safe to get a deep dental cleaning 48 hours after Botox?
Botox is safe
Nov 29, 2017
Botox is the safest drug I have ever used as a physician. The only limitation I tell my patients is that they cannot exercise  the day I inject the Botox.
After the botox treatment for masseter muscle, I massaged accidentally. Would it alter the results?
Massaging after Botox injection in the masseter will do no harm!
Nov 20, 2017
Don’t worry, nothing that you did will affect your results.  Just chewing will give you the same affect as the pressing down on the masseter that you did. The effect of Botox on thinning out your Jawline Is a great way to Improve it
Can Botox cause your chin to go into a spasm like cramp randomly? I’m so terrified it’s doing this (Pho
Botox and Chin asymmetry
Oct 31, 2017
Botox is a great product for the chain. Looking at your picture it appears that you may need more Botox. I think what you have is some muscle that is still functioning therefore causing a dimple. If this does not resolve within a week I would ask your doctor to give you a few more units of Botox in that area.
